2025, "Passing by", Video Installation,  Duration: 25:26min (work in progress), "Flashback Art Fair XIII Edition", Turin, Italy

A collection of footage of landscapes and people in transit gives rise to a video projection that alters the perception of time and space. Projected onto the glass of a door, it transforms the room into a place in motion: as the landscape passes by, it seems as if the environment itself is travelling. Reality bends to illusion, and the viewer finds themselves suspended between stillness and motion, presence and elsewhere.

An analogue photograph of my mother sitting on a train became the reference point for this project: in that gaze out of the window, the desire for freedom and immobility, travel and contemplation, belonging and distance are condensed - a fragile balance in which the inner world moves while everything else remains still, and vice versa.
